Returns and Exchanges
Thanks for being a customer of MULTIWEAR®. If you have any questions or concerns about the product, please reach out or visit the FAQ page first. As a small business, I strive to ensure you feel you are getting the value you anticipate with your product. However, it can be challenging to have a bulletproof return and exchange policy, offer free shipping, and to continue to operate. I hope that you find the terms below within reason. These Cardimoms are ordered in small quantities and the policies have been adopted to prevent inventory loss which significantly affects my business.
For an exchange in size or color of the product, if purchased with no discount code or coupon code, you can exchange one time and your account will be credited $3 in shipping for your exchange. Product must have tags and packaging, be unworn and clean with no odors. If purchased with a coupon code, there is no account credit for exchanges.
For exchanges outside of the US I'd be happy to exchange your product but will charge the shipping fee to send it to you as shipping internationally is quite costly.
For refunds for US customers who purchased at full price, there is a $7 restocking fee for sweaters (to cover shipping and repackaging costs) and no credit for your return shipping. For bags, there is a $15 restocking fee to cover shipping and restocking Product must have tags and packaging, be unworn and clean with no odors. Canada and International sales are final. If purchased with a discount code, sales are final unless stated otherwise.
For both refunds and exchanges, you must return the product within 14 days of receipt of your product. This is to ensure that the product doesn't get worn or dirtied in your care.
